Job summary

CCIE Engineering is seeking an experienced environmental professional to implement and monitor the project Environmental Management Plan (EMP) on major construction sites in Johor Bahru.

You will conduct environmental inspections, ensure site compliance with requirements, monitor waste, erosion, water discharge, dust and noise, and maintain records and reports while coordinating corrective actions. You will liaise with authorities, clients and consultants to resolve environmental matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in construction projects.
• Possess CePEOEIA certification.
• Good communication, reporting and site coordination skills.
• Able to work in Johor Bahru, Johor.
• Experience in data centre / large-scale construction projects will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
• Conduct environmental inspections and ensure site compliance with environmental requirements.
• Monitor scheduled waste, erosion and sediment control, water discharge, dust and noise.
• Maintain environmental records, reports and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate environmental corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with DOE/JAS/KKM, clients, consultants and relevant authorities on environmental matters.
