Job summary

Motorola Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Advance Technology HW Components team. You will guide critical hardware work across antenna, hardware platform, simulations, display & imaging, and hazardous location considerations.

You will drive design and development processes, mentor engineers, and ensure DFMEA and NPI manufacturing readiness. This role requires a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and a track record of leading diverse R&D teams

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Experience leading diverse R&D and product development teams.
• Familiar with design and development processes and DFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Advance Technology HW Components team.
• Oversee antenna, HW EE platform, simulation, display and imaging.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to deliver robust HW solutions.
