Job summary

SCHOTT Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to implement ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems, plan QA resources, and lead QA for new product qualifications. You will drive process control with FMEA, SPC, and MSA while handling audits and root cause analysis.

Proficiency in Minitab and SAP CRM data supports continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering/science/quality, 5+ years in manufacturing QA, and strong ISO knowledge, with excellent

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Quality.
• ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14000, ISO45000).
• Proficiency in quality tools: SPC, FMEA, MSA, Gage R&R.
• Advanced statistical analysis skills (Minitab).
• Expertise in 8D problem-solving methodology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
