Job summary

SUSTIO SDN. BHD. in Batu Kawan, Penang seeks a Senior Engineer, Product Innovation to drive manufacturing innovation and digitalization. You will analyze capacity, optimize processes, and lead continuous improvement projects in a semiconductor/PCB environment.

Responsibilities include KPI tracking, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and developing data-driven dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of manufacturing/process improvement/industrial engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
Experience in capacity planning, productivity improvement, workflow optimization, and operational analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and Power Automate.
Knowledge of PCB or semiconductor manufacturing processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Perform capacity analysis, resource planning, and production performance monitoring.
Analyze manufacturing processes, productivity trends, and operational data to identify improvements.
Conduct time studies, work measurements, and workflow analysis to improve efficiency.
Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and report KPIs: productivity, capacity utilization, OEE, cycle time, yield.
Develop dashboards/reports using Power Platform tools.
