Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing/process improvement/industrial engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Experience in capacity planning, productivity improvement, workflow optimization, and operational analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of PCB or semiconductor manufacturing processes is highly desirable.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer, Product Innovation to drive manufacturing innovation, productivity improvement, and digitalization initiatives within our semiconductor/PCB manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing production capacity, optimizing workflows, implementing continuous improvement projects, and developing data-driven solutions to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

Perform capacity analysis, resource planning, and production performance monitoring to support business requirements.

Analyze manufacturing processes, productivity trends, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.

Conduct time studies, work measurements, and workflow analysis to improve efficiency and resource utilization.

Lead and support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor and report key manufacturing KPIs, including productivity, capacity utilization, OEE, cycle time, and yield.

Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements.

Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process documentation, and project reports.

Lead improvement projects and present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to management.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company policies.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, industrial engineering, or production optimization.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.

Experience in capacity planning, productivity improvement, workflow optimization, and operational analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and Power Automate.

Knowledge of AutoCAD LT is an added advantage.

Experience with data analysis and statistical tools is preferred.

Knowledge of PCB or semiconductor manufacturing processes is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
