ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Normal Shift but expect come into support for unscheduleequipment down during odd hours.

Perform preventive maintenance on machines and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Act as the first line of response for machine unscheduled downtime and quality issues.

Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional departments to meet project timelines

Provide clear and structured reports on major equipment downtime, including chronological events and systematic continuous improvement on chronic issues.

REQUIRED:

Degree in any Engineering.

PREFERRED:

Minimum 3 years working experience

Applicants who demonstrate early-career level experience are also encouraged to apply especially in machine programmable language and general computer coding such as C++ etc

SKILLS:

Strong team player with effective communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of Automation and Control Systems.

Ability to handle sudden changes and work effectively under pressure to restore machine operations within short notice.

Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an added advantage.

Understanding of machine software such as PLC or C++ will be an added technical advantage.
