Job summary

Western Digital MY in Malaysia is seeking a specialist to conduct and supervise Failure Analysis (FA) for production and NPI samples. You will mentor technicians and coordinate with analytical lab teams to ensure accurate defect characterization and timely reporting.

The role requires coordinating findings with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement through trend analysis and comprehensive communication of FA results.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting FA on production and new product introduction samples.
