Job summary

bp is reinventing itself with digital capability at the core. As an Endur Technology Engineer, you will be an experienced Endur practitioner with deep trading/app knowledge.

You’ll work in bp’s Gas and Power Trading division on Endur, contributing to commodity trading, ERTM systems, and DevOps practices. You’ll thrive in agile environments and collaboration across teams while continuously improving efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, economics or a numerate field.
• 8+ years hands-on Endur coding, implementation and feature extension.
• C# programming and Oracle SQL proficiency demonstrated.
• Experience with Endur components: OpenComponent API, JVS, UDSR and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Endur architecture, risk simulation results and modules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security culture in all activities.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver value.
• Engage vendors/partners to maximize technology platform benefits.
• Maintain operational integrity and compliance with standards.
• Define run books and create system architecture diagrams.
