Job summary

bp is seeking an Enterprise Technology Engineer (DevOps Support Analyst) in Kuala Lumpur. You will be an experienced Endur practitioner supporting the core trading and risk management platform with a focus on operations, automation, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with software engineers, designers, and product owners to optimize performance, manage incidents, and implement secure, scalable solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Endur experience in a trading or financial setting.
• Ability to translate business needs into system deliverables for traders.
• Experience supporting global markets, preferably physical commodities.

Responsibilities

• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver value through specialist skills.
• Define and document standard run books and operating procedures.
• Ensure operational integrity and compliance with architecture/security standards.
