Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Solution Engineer – SCCM/Intune to deploy and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Manager across the enterprise. You will manage Windows devices, patching, software deployment, and asset tracking while ensuring BYOD and corporate-owned devices enroll smoothly.

Qualifications

Familiar with SCCM and Intune architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
Proficient in Windows client management and PowerShell scripting.
Good understanding of Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Windows Autopilot, and related Microsoft technologies.
Experience in managing endpoints within an enterprise environment is preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including SCCM and Intune.
Manage the full lifecycle of Windows devices, including patch management, software deployment, and asset tracking.
Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies.
Work closely with security teams to ensure device compliance and enforce data protection policies.
Support the enrollment and management of both BYOD and corporate-owned devices.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize endpoint management systems to ensure smooth and reliable performance.
