Job summary

The ideal candidate will have an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include capacity readiness, process validation, and leading packaging industrialization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in test, product or process engineering supporting manufacturing of electronic consumer products, with a minimum of 2 years of EMS/ODM experience.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing process validation, including DOE, IQ, OQ, PQ, GR&R, and CPK study.
• Proven capability and experience in problem solving, familiarity with PFMEA, 8D, SPC, and lean six sigma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation in MP for electronic devices in manufacturing sites.
• Lead packaging industrialization for NPI or TT.
• Chair weekly yield, output, and quality meetings with EMS.
