Qualifikationen

• BA/BS/MS degree in Business or a technical field; MBA preferred.
• 7-10+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, or production/planning; semiconductor background preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with history of resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead supplier Global Agreement negotiations and addendums.
• Represent strategic commodity management on cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product, manufacturing, quality, procurement, finance, and support engineering.
• Define and monitor metrics against AOP objectives for supplier performance.
• Evaluate cost/quality benchmarks and risks of the preferred supply base.
• Develop strategic commodity plans for Electromechanical assembly (EMA).
• Encourage early supplier involvement in new product designs to optimize quality and cost.
