Job summary

Haemonetics Interventional Technologies is seeking a hands-on Electrical Test Engineer to design, develop, verify and release electrical test fixtures for PCBAs and sub-assemblies. You’ll troubleshoot fixtures, interface with contract manufacturers, and strengthen in-house test capability with automation using NI LabVIEW.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration across Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Manufacturing teams, plus travel to support global sites and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing test engineering, preferably in medical devices or other high-reliability industries.
• Proven ICT and FCT development and debug experience with test equipment.
• Strong proficiency in NI LabVIEW for test automation.
• Hands-on experience designing test fixture PCBs – schematic capture, layout, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, verify, validate, and release new electrical test fixtures.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing fixtures used in production.
• Interface with contract manufacturers on ICT/FCT systems.
• Develop and maintain automated test software using LabVIEW; Python or C/C++ where appropriate.
• Ensure fixture verification and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and proper documentation.
