Haemonetics in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to design and develop electrical test fixtures for PCBAs and sub-assemblies. The role covers fixture electronics, ICT/FCT development, and on-site support for contract manufacturers, with a focus on testability and reliability.

You will create test specifications, verifications and documentation, and work with cross-functional teams to improve test capabilities and production yield.

Formación

• Minimum 5–10 years in manufacturing test engineering, preferably medical devices
• Hands-on experience designing PCBs and fixture electronics
• Experience with ICT/FCT test development and debugging
• Strong ability to read schematics and PCB layouts
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and regulated environments

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, verify, validate and release new electrical test fixtures
• Maintain and troubleshoot fixtures used in production
• Interface with contract manufacturers on ICT and FCT systems
• Develop automated test software using NI LabVIEW and Python/C/C++
• Support fixture verification, IQ/OQ/PQ and documentation release
• Flight-check of fixture calibration and maintenance planning
• Collaborate across Electrical, Mechanical, Software, QA and Supply Chain teams
