Job summary

Haemonetics in Malaysia is seeking a senior electrical engineering leader to drive product development and design enhancements. This role coordinates with the Boston R&D team and regional suppliers to ensure robust, compliant medical device solutions.

You will oversee analog and digital circuit design, system integration, design reviews, and troubleshooting while coordinating multiple projects across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years in electrical engineering, preferably medical devices.
• Experience with analog/digital design and problem solving.
• Experience with regulated environments (ISO 13485, IEC 60601).
• Ability to lead technical work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design activities for product development and enhancements.
• Provide technical direction for complex electromechanical systems.
• Collaborate with regional suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Support project execution, timelines, and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate planning and tracking of engineering activities across projects.
