Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Typically 5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in medical devices or other high-reliability industries.
• Experience with analog and digital design, complex electromechanical systems, and regulated environments (ISO 13485, IEC).

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design activities for product development and enhancements.
• Provide technical direction for complex electromechanical systems.
• Support verification, validation, and root cause analysis for product issues.
• Drive engineering solutions from concept through production.
• Coordinate with regional suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Plan, schedule, and track engineering activities across multiple projects.
