Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, preliminary and detailed design for electrical services.
• Prepare tender documents, specifications and cost estimates.
• Perform tender evaluation and prepare evaluation reports.
• Review shop drawings and material submissions for compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate and lead team members to deliver tasks.
• Manage project progress and oversee electrical testing and commissioning.
• Attend client, consultant, and site meetings and technical meetings.
• Consult with local authorities for submission approvals.
• Perform contract administration for electrical building services.
• Execute ad-hoc duties as required by supervision.
