Your impact
The Senior Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for leading the design, coordination, and delivery of electrical systems for mission-critical facilities, including hyperscale and colocation data centres. The role provides technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and feasibility studies through detailed design, construction support, testing, and commissioning. The incumbent collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet operational, reliability, sustainability, and regulatory requirements while aligning with industry best practices.
As a subject matter expert, the Senior Electrical Design Engineer mentors junior engineers, reviews technical deliverables, and supports the development of innovative engineering solutions that enhance performance, resilience, and energy efficiency within data centre environments. This role will focus in providing technical capability in Electrical engineering in Data Center projects; working with the Data Center Lead, focusing on technical aspects and project management.
