Job summary

BW Water seeks an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health and safety initiatives across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Penang operations. You will drive safety culture and governance, collaborating with engineering, project teams and leadership to ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HSE, 10+ years EPC HSE management experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HSE related field (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of EPC project HSE management experience (including site installation & commissioning).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and governance of EHS policies, standards and initiatives across SEA.
• Serve as EHS focal point across functions, advising on EHS matters.
• Develop and improve EHS strategy, programs and systems in line with legal and contractual requirements.
• Engage leadership and teams to strengthen EHS leadership and proactive safety culture.
• Lead EHS team performance management and coaching.
