Job summary

Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks an EHS Supervisor to lead safety, health, and environmental initiatives within its manufacturing complex. You will establish, implement, and improve the EHS system to ensure compliance with laws and customer requirements.

Liaise with DOSH/ DOE/ BOMBA, conduct HIRARC, inspections, risk assessments, and CAPA; plan training and incident investigations and manage PPE and health records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety/Engineering fields.
• At least 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Familiar with DOSH / DOE / BOMBA regulations.
• Ability to communicate in English; Chinese preferred.
• Strong incident investigation and CAPA skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve EHS management system to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with DOSH, DOE, BOMBA; handle inspections and audits.
• Perform HIRARC and regular safety inspections.
• Plan safety induction and on-the-job training.
• Lead investigation and reporting of incidents; implement CAPA.
• Ensure hazardous chemicals, waste, wastewater, emissions compliance.
• Oversee EHS team daily management and training.
