Job summary

PMB Aluminium Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to implement and support the company’s Environment, Health and Safety programs across Nilai operations, Negeri Sembilan.

You will oversee workplace safety inspections, risk monitoring, incident management, environmental compliance and chemical safety, ensuring regulatory alignment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in EHS management, environment compliance, and workplace safety, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with implementing and maintaining compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Good understanding of Malaysian EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment (HIRARC), and incident investigation.
• Familiar with workplace safety inspections, compliance monitoring, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the company's EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and management system standards.
• Oversee workplace safety inspections, risk monitoring, incident management, environmental compliance, and chemical management activities across operational areas.
• Manage EHS documentation, compliance records, ESG reporting data, training coordination, and audit support to maintain regulatory and certification requirements.
• Work closely with operational departments to promote workplace safety awareness, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement initiatives.
