Job summary

Ant Group in Malaysia is seeking a Wallet Business Risk Expert to monitor e-wallet risk across emerging markets, including Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. You will evaluate fraud risks, develop and refine risk policies, and work with product, algorithms, technology, and operations teams to implement robust controls.

A bachelor's degree is required, with 5+ years in data analysis and risk policy, and English or Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and risk policy.
• Experience in server-side payments, banking, or internet companies is preferred.
• Proficient in applying AI to risk control problems.
• Strong data mining and analytics using SQL, SAS, R, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global e-wallet risk in emerging markets and identify fraud risks.
• Develop and refine risk frameworks, policies, and procedures with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk controls and investigations.
• Lead investigations of major suspicious cases and improve evidence collection standards.
