Job summary

Bumi Armada seeks an experienced E&I Engineering leader to oversee electrical and instrumentation integrity across assets and support operations in E&I failure investigations, maintenance and inspections. The role emphasizes risk-based audits, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will hold an Electrical Power Engineering degree with CEng registration, 17+ years in oil & gas, HVLV and infrared certifications, and proven leadership in cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

Requires recognized engineering degree in Electrical Power with CEng registration.
Minimum 17 years in Oil & Gas with technical and managerial roles.
HVLV and Infrared certifications required.
Ability to write procedures, safety rules and scopes of work.
Ability to lead a team and deliver results with guidance and support.

Responsibilities

Maintain oversight of E&I integrity for operational assets and report failures or maintenance efficiency.
Audit operated assets for E&I integrity and effectiveness of maintenance and inspections.
Provide E&I technical support to operations, including RCA support using Kelvin TopSet methodology.
Review ORAs in RiskPoynt and assist in CMMS Change Requests and Technical Bid Evaluations.
Plan improvement initiatives and campaigns to identify aging equipment issues and cost-effective upgrades.
