Job summary

Standard Chartered Malaysia is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer with 9–12 years of expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and financial systems. You will design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions for banking, insurance, and financial services.

Responsibilities include system integration, RBAC and security, and reporting via Power BI, while providing technical leadership and optimizing performance to support high-speed financial transactions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) experience in financial services.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Azure DevOps, and API integrations for financial apps.
• Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and SQL Server for reporting.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor juniors.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with SSIS, XRMToolBox and Kingswaysoft.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 with financial applications and banking platforms.
• Configure forms, workflows, and Business Process Flows to meet regulations.
• Implement RBAC and data encryption for financial transactions.
• Use Power Automate and Power BI for financial analytics and risk assessment.
• Provide technical leadership on governance and security within Dynamics 365.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks for high-speed transactions.
