Job summary

Perunding D Lite Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Drilling HSE Advisor to provide expert HSE guidance for drilling, workover and P&A activities in a PSC environment. The role requires a strong track record in oil & gas health, safety and environmental management, with offshore/drilling exposure highly preferred.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health or related discipline, with 10+ years in the oil and gas sector and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health or related discipline.
• 10+ years in Oil & Gas.
• Experience in PSC environment.
• 5+ years in drilling, workover or P&A operations.
• Experience in exploration, appraisal and development drilling projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements, drilling hazards and risk management.
• Able to work with drilling teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Offshore/drilling operational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE advisory and support throughout drilling, workover and P&A activities.
• Support implementation and monitoring of project HSE requirements and procedures.
• Participate in risk assessments, toolbox meetings, safety reviews and other HSE activities.
• Monitor contractor and operational compliance with HSE requirements.
• Provide guidance on drilling-related hazards, controls and safe working practices.
• Support incident prevention, reporting, investigation and follow-up actions.
• Liaise with project, drilling and contractor teams on HSE matters.
