Job summary

Net2source LLP is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and maintain applications supporting factory automation in Malaysia. You will build software integrated with factory machines, implement real-time data acquisition and monitoring interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.

Exposure to industrial environments is preferred, with strong emphasis on database scripting and version control.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS SQL Server, Oracle SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git and SVN version control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software for factory automation.
• Implement real-time data acquisition, control, monitoring, and reporting interfaces.
• Integrate production equipment with manufacturing monitoring systems.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
