The role partners with customers and a broad set of internal stakeholders to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver on time and to customer expectations, serving as a senior escalation point and strategic adviser.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 15+ years in program management, planning, or operations with leadership.
• Experience leading customer-facing programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, capacity planning, and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Program Management and Planning.
• Lead program governance, performance metrics, and escalation processes.
• Manage portfolio priorities, risks, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate demand forecasting, capacity planning, and production plans.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Finance.
