You’ll mentor engineers, define standards, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable business benefits. With a strong foundation in Python, SQL and data platforms, you will shape architecture, review data pipelines, and coordinate projects across multi-site teams in Penang and beyond,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in digital transformation, data engineering, enterprise applications or manufacturing systems.
• Strong hands-on Python and SQL skills; databases, ETL/ELT, data modelling, APIs and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing, operations and support functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to map processes, identify pain points and design future-state digital workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technology and data solutions, including APS, analytics platforms, workflow automation and digital apps.
