Job summary

Sterrific is a Petaling Jaya-based digital marketing agency delivering SEO, paid ads, social, and content for established Malaysian brands. We operate from Oasis Ara Damansara in-office three days a week with two remote days.

From day one you will own the work behind client relationships: AI processes, reports, proposals and hands-on campaign execution across SEO, social and paid ads. You will present to clients and lead accounts as you grow.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years in digital marketing, ideally agency-side.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with AI tools for research, reporting, and pitches.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies.
• Build monthly performance reports and present to clients.
• Prepare proposals and pitch decks; grow into leading pitches yourself.
• Run client kickoffs and onboarding; manage access, tracking, timelines.
• Coordinate with SEO, content, design and web teams; ensure timely delivery.
• Chase approvals and keep projects moving without reminders.
• Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Use AI tools daily to work faster and smarter.

Sterrific is a full-service digital marketing agency in Petaling Jaya, working with established Malaysian brands in finance, education, healthcare and B2B. We run fewer, larger accounts and go deep on each one: SEO, AEO/GEO (visibility in AI search), paid ads, social media, web and content.

Our office is in Oasis Ara Damansara. We work in the office Monday to Wednesday and from home Thursday and Friday.

The role

From day one, you own the work behind those relationships: AI processes, reports, proposals, decks and hands‑on campaign execution across SEO, social and paid ads.

As you grow, you’ll present to clients, lead accounts and pitch together. We're looking for an all‑rounder who executes well and can hold a room.

What you’ll do

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies
• Build monthly performance reports and present them to clients
• Prepare proposals and pitch decks, and grow into leading pitches yourself
• Run client kickoffs and onboarding, including access, tracking and timelines
• Coordinate with our SEO, content, design and web teams so work lands on time and to standard
• Chase approvals and keep projects moving without being reminded
• Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Use AI tools daily to work faster and smarter

Must have

• Strong presentation skills. You’re confident presenting reports, strategy and pitches to corporate clients.
• Hands‑on AI proficiency, including Claude AI. You use AI tools daily for research, reporting, content, strategy and proposals, and you can show us how.

Also looking for

• 4 to 6 years in digital marketing, ideally agency-side
• A well-rounded digital marketing background across SEO, social media and paid ads
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console and Meta and Google Ads platforms
• Experience writing proposals or contributing to pitches
• Organised and reliable. What you take on gets finished.
• Strong written and spoken English. Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience with finance, education or healthcare clients
• Exposure to AEO/GEO or AI search visibility
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, Looker Studio or ClickUp
