Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to shape how we digitally bring ideas to life across landing pages, email campaigns and design systems, ensuring every touchpoint is crafted to the highest standard.

You will design engaging landing pages and website assets in Figma, own and improve design systems, create assets for campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing, Product and global teams to drive performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 7+ years in a digital design role, ideally in marketing/e-commerce
• Expert-level Figma with design systems
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• Experience with Looker or other analytics tools
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite and presentation tools
• Excellent prioritisation and ability to work under pressure
• Bonus: Webflow experience or animation skills

Responsibilities

• Website & Landing Page Design using Figma and design systems
• Own and improve design systems and reusable components
• Create assets for campaigns, banners, eDMs and paid ads
• Analyse performance data to inform design decisions and optimisations
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Martech and global teams

Role Purpose and Overview:
The Senior Digital Designer plays a key role in shaping how we digitally, bring ideas to life across landing pages, email, campaigns and design systems, and ensuring every touchpoint is crafted to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website & Landing Page Design: Design engaging, on-brand landing pages and website assets that support conversion and customer action, using Figma and existing design systems.
• Design Systems: Own and improve the Figma design systems for email and website, creating reusable components and templates that keep designs consistent and efficient.
• Campaign & Digital Creative: Create and adapt digital assets across campaigns, including banners, digital cards, eDMs, pop-ups, paid ads, social content and animations, while adapting designs for different markets and formats.
• Performance & Optimisation: Use campaign and website performance data to identify what is working, suggest design improvements and make creative decisions based on results.
• Webflow & QA: Work with Webflow developers to bring designs to life, provide clear design briefs, and support page building and QA to ensure the final experience matches the design.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Martech and global teams to develop effective designs, provide feedback and support wider business design needs.

Experience and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a digital design role, ideally within a marketing or e-commerce environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and design systems
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• Comfortable working with reporting and analytics tools such as Looker to inform design decisions
• Proficient across Google Suite and presentation tools
• Excellent prioritisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and deliver quality work under pressure
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with Webflow or a comparable website platform &/or : Animation experience
