Job summary

Outsourced in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Senior Digital Designer to shape our digital touchpoints across landing pages, emails, campaigns and design systems. You will own and evolve Figma components, collaborate with Webflow developers, and adapt designs for multiple markets and formats.

The role requires 7+ years in digital design, expert Figma skills, and strong Adobe/Canva proficiency, with analytics awareness to drive improvements. A hybrid or on-site setup in Malaysia is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.

Responsibilities

Website & Landing Page Design for on-brand assets to support conversion.
Design Systems: Own and improve Figma design systems for email and website.
Campaign & Digital Creative: Create banners, cards, eDMs, pop-ups and ads across campaigns.
Performance & Optimisation: Use data to inform design decisions and improve results.
Webflow & QA: Collaborate with Webflow developers to bring designs to life and ensure QA.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work with Marketing, Product, Martech and global teams.
