Job summary

CFI Financial Group is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust monitoring, observability, and automation across our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work closely with Dev, QA, and Ops to ensure reliable services, scalable deployments, and actionable telemetry.

The role requires hands-on experience with AWS, IaC (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years hands-on DevOps/SRE/Cloud Infra experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust monitoring and observability systems.
• Automate infrastructure and monitoring via IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Ops to instrument services and improve telemetry.
• Lead on-call rotations, post-incident reviews, and runbooks creation.
• Provide dashboards and training to internal teams on metrics and logs.
