Job summary

KGiSL in Malaysia is hiring a Senior Developer / DevOps Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications. You will focus on Java Spring Boot solutions deployed on Linux, and you will work with CEW and PDR platforms to ensure high availability and scalable performance.

Responsibilities include deploying on RHEL/SUSE, refining CI/CD pipelines, conducting code reviews, and integrating Oracle Database 12c/19c.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of hands-on experience in application development and DevOps roles.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot (mandatory).
• Solid experience working in Unix/Linux environments (mandatory).
• Experience with Oracle Database 12c or 19c.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic and/or JBoss application servers.
• Familiarity with Apache Web Server configuration and support.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting for automation.
