AMK Technology in Malaysia seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead cloud infrastructure automation, IaC, monitoring, and release management on-site with visa sponsorship. You will own cloud provisioning, security hardening, and scalable deployments in a fast-paced enterprise.

You bring 5+ years in DevOps and cloud architecture, strong Terraform/CloudFormation experience, and hands-on expertise with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive professional hands-on experience in DevOps engineering and cloud infrastructure administration.
• Strong, demonstrable operational expertise in cloud environments and infrastructure automation.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Deep practical experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
• Solid practical grasp of container technologies, CI/CD pipeline management, and cloud networking protocols.
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving aptitude and stakeholder communication skills.
• Mandatory openness to international deployment with visa sponsorship for on-site Malaysia.

Responsabilités

• Architect, design, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure and DevOps environments for enterprise applications.
• Author, maintain, and version-control infrastructure as code (IaC) templates utilizing Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Implement, configure, and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks utilizing Prometheus and the ELK Stack.
• Design and optimize automated deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
• Administer containerized workloads, microservices clusters, and automated container orchestration platforms.
• Troubleshoot performance, logs, and cloud infrastructure issues with root-cause analysis.
• Implement cloud security hardening, IAM, network segmentation, and backup protocols.
• Maintain deployment runbooks and disaster recovery plans.
