Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Data Science, ML, or AI leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading AI/analytics projects and teams.
• PhD in AI/ML is preferable but not required for all senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data scientists and AI specialists across technical and business workstreams.
• Define objectives, timelines, and end-to-end delivery of AI and data science solutions.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and provide regular updates.
• Identify data and AI opportunities that drive measurable business impact.
• Translate complex model insights into business recommendations and presentations.
• Contribute to strategy, solution architecture, and client delivery in a consulting environment.
