Job summary

Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia seeks a senior specialist to lead regulatory reporting, data governance, and strategic initiatives within Retail Operations. You will oversee Cash BOP, AOO reporting and FX policy compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia, aligning governance and risk management with performance goals.

The role drives automation, data centralisation, and scalable processes, while partnering with regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in banking operations, regulatory reporting, or related functions.
Strong expertise in BNM regulatory reporting, including Cash BOP, AOO reporting, and Foreign Exchange Policy (FEP).
Proven leadership in transformation, automation, governance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end leadership and oversight of regulatory reporting activities to Bank Negara Malaysia.
Strengthen governance, controls, risk management, and monitoring frameworks.
Lead transformation initiatives focused on automation, digitalisation, data centralisation, and process optimisation.
Develop data strategy, reporting infrastructure, and governance to improve data integrity and insights.
Liaise with regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders to ensure audit readiness.
Lead confidential projects and strategic initiatives from Senior Management and Board.
Build a high-performing team with accountability and continuous improvement.
