Job summary

Tune Protect Group is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to guide the data platform, oversee ETL pipelines, data warehouse operations, and data quality initiatives to support reporting, analytics, and business decisions.

You will collaborate with BI, Architecture, Infrastructure and Applications teams; mentor data engineers; manage vendors and deliver data projects, including cloud migration and modernization to power future analytics and AI use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Data Warehouse and data platform development.
• Design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using SSIS and Apache Airflow.
• Develop dimensional data models and optimize SQL Server databases.
• Ensure data quality, monitoring and operational support.
• Support data platform modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with BI, Architecture, Infrastructure and Application teams.
• Lead, mentor and develop Data Engineers.
• Manage vendors and technical project delivery.
