Job summary

JLL in Malaysia seeks a Facilities/Operation Coordinator to manage data centre infrastructure maintenance, coordinate service providers, and ensure adherence to HSE and client standards. The role involves planning, reporting, and ensuring uninterrupted operations with cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will support the Facilities Manager in task assignments, permits, and vendor coordination, while maintaining strong client relationships and optimal service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• 1–2 years’ experience operating electrical and mechanical services in Tier III data centres or equivalent.
• Experience in a critical environment and with continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor service providers and track work orders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company/client procedures.
• Provide facility management and coordination with client and vendors.
• Create weekly/incidents reports and support project management.
• Assist in space planning, asset management, and on-site safety.
• Liaise with facilities manager and service providers to minimize disruption.
