Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering field is required.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• 1–2 years of operation experience in electrical and mechanical services in Tier III data centre or similar facility.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and reports.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete service requests and coordinate/monitor preventive and reactive maintenance in data centre infrastructure.
• Manage/coordinating service provider performance and validate invoices.
• Ensure site adherence to company and client standards and communicate/escalate as needed.
• Create weekly management reports and maintain relationships with client representatives and service providers.
• Oversee day-to-day work order completion and pursue continuous quality improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and assist Facilities Manager with task assignments and vendor coordination.
