Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology (UCT) in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Global Quality and EHS team. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data related to product quality and environmental, health & safety, providing actionable insights to improve quality, safety, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Power BI and SharePoint, plus a background in data science or statistics, and at least 3 years in analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant data analytics experience, with background in quality or related area a plus.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SharePoint for data analyses and enterprise-level reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data collection from multiple sources (quality systems, production databases, customer feedback).
• Develop, maintain, and publish dashboards and KPIs for Quality and EHS indicators.
• Design analytics projects using Power BI and other platforms; apply predictive modeling where appropriate.
• Prepare executive-level reports and present findings to stakeholders.
