Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in data analytics, business analytics, statistics, computer science, information systems or mathematics
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI or other relevant data visualisation and analytical tools
• Good understanding of databases, data structures and data pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
• Experience in independently handling analytics projects and working with business stakeholders
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to measure business performance
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards and data visualisations to communicate performance
• Develop and enhance data products and analytical solutions to meet requirements
• Perform complex data extraction, analysis and reporting using SQL and Power BI
• Collaborate with IT to develop and enhance databases, data pipelines and data solutions
• Independently manage analytics projects from requirements gathering through development to implementation
• Review outputs to ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality
• Identify and implement improvements and best practices in analytics and data utilisation
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members and business users on data products and tools
