Job summary

IBroad Solutions is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role is based onsite in Skudai, Johor, Malaysia, and focuses on delivering end-to-end ERP implementations for complex SCM processes.

Qualifications

7+ years ERP consulting experience, preferably with Dynamics 365 F&O.
Proven experience delivering 2-3 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
Strong functional knowledge of SCM, WMS, Transportation & Logistics, and Operations.
Experience with data migration using D365 Data Entities and system configuration.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across SCM processes.
Design and implement D365 F&O solutions aligned with business objectives.
Configure standard D365 functionalities and recommend best practices.
Develop functional designs for customizations, reports, and integrations.
Lead workshops with business users to understand requirements and map solutions.
Manage process dependencies and ensure seamless integration across functions.
Support testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
Provide functional guidance throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
