Job summary

Avensys Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior CXM (Commissioning Manager) with a strong electrical engineering background to lead the commissioning of high‑voltage electrical systems in data center projects.

You will manage HV commissioning activities, coordinate HVAC and MEP interfaces, ensure compliance with specifications and client requirements, and guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience; Diploma with 15+ years experience.
• Strong data center commissioning experience and HVAC systems experience.
• Knowledge of commissioning processes, testing procedures, documentation, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities for HV electrical systems on data center projects.
• Coordinate testing, documentation, and client interfaces.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to specs and standards.

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Senior CXM (Commissioning Manager) with a strong electrical engineering background and extensive experience in high-voltage substation projects. The role will be responsible for leading and managing the commissioning activities of HV electrical systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Qualification: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience; Diploma with 15+ years of experience.
• Experience: Strong experience in Data Center projects, Commissioning, and HVAC systems.
• Experience in HVAC testing & commissioning and coordination of MEP systems.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, testing procedures, documentation, and client coordination.
• Data Center commissioning experience is highly preferred.
