Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a Customer Quality Engineer Manager to lead a team delivering quality and reliability for Southeast Asia. You will drive customer-focused strategies, monitor performance, and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to meet customers’ quality expectations.

You will establish real-time visibility into quality performance, lead investigations, and implement corrective actions to reduce the cost of poor quality while ensuring strong customer relationships across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related) or master’s degree.
• 7+ years in quality assurance or reliability engineering, with at least 3 years in a management role in a regional/global capacity.
• Proficiency in quality management systems, statistical process control, Gage R&R and reliability engineering tools.
• Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, or similar certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality and reliability engineers.
• Oversee quality audits and ensure compliance with TE quality policies and customer requirements.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams to minimize customer impact and improve DPPM and cost of quality.
• Interface with customers on quality escalations and provide internal/external support.
• Plan and drive quality and reliability improvement projects through full lifecycle.
