Principal Asset Management Berhad is seeking a Senior Analyst, Credit Research to conduct fundamental credit analysis on bonds within domestic and global fixed income portfolios. You will support portfolio managers with investment recommendations and contribute to credit research initiatives.

You will perform ongoing surveillance, credit reviews, and participate in client meetings to share market insights while ensuring adherence to investment processes and governance standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CFA progress or other relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
• 4-8 years of experience in credit research, fixed income, asset management, corporate banking, investment banking, or related financial services roles.
• Solid understanding of financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and fixed income markets.

Mansioni

• Conduct credit analysis and provide recommendations on bond investment opportunities across domestic and global fixed income portfolios.
• Monitor and review portfolio credits through ongoing surveillance, including quarterly and annual credit reviews.
• Support Portfolio Managers in evaluating market developments, credit risks, and investment opportunities.
• Assist in portfolio positioning through credit analysis, relative value assessments, and investment recommendations.
• Participate in company visits and management meetings as part of the credit evaluation process.
• Contribute to client meetings, investment reviews, and marketing initiatives by providing credit and market insights.
• Support research projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing investment outcomes and team effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with investment processes, risk management standards, and governance requirements.
