Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia seeks a skilled Graphic Designer/Content Creator to drive strategy, design execution, and design operations across branding and marketing outputs.

You will translate strategic direction into compelling visuals, oversee graphic, content, and layout from concept to completion, and lead a talented graphic team while collaborating with stakeholders to maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer/Content Creator.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
• Strong interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in visual design and prototype software, such as Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Figma).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day working consists of strategy planning, design execution, people management, and design operations management.
• Ideating and translating strategic direction into creative output.
• Managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion by overseeing the graphic, content and layout.
• Producing fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling creative output.
• Implementing policies and standards that reinforce the organization’s branding strategy & quality goals.
• Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
• Strengthening domain knowledge and gathering data about target audiences and competitors, as well as conducting research about relevant industries as needed.
• Performing ad-hoc tasks and related duties from time to time assigned by the Director.
• Leading and inspiring graphic team.
