Job summary

Corkcicle Malaysia is seeking a Creative Design Senior Executive to lead the visual direction across campaigns, POSM, and digital channels while maintaining premium branding. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, brand design or creative design.
• Experience leading creative projects or providing design direction.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns, branding and print or retail design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, or equivalent design tools.
• A strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and brand consistency.
• Practical knowledge of print production, materials, finishing and artwork preparation.
• Experience designing POSM and coordinating with production suppliers.
• Experience sourcing from China or working directly with Chinese suppliers.
• Strong communication, organisation and project management skills.
• Able to work independently and explain design decisions clearly.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communicating with suppliers in China.
• Added advantages: premium lifestyle or retail brands, packaging design, 3D display mockups, motion graphics or art direction for product shoots.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual concepts and design direction for campaigns, product launches and brand activities.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across online and offline touchpoints.
• Translate marketing and commercial objectives into clear, effective creative work.
• Review creative assets and provide guidance to colleagues and external creative partners.
• Design visuals for social media, digital advertisements, e-commerce stores and website campaigns.
• Develop campaign key visuals, product graphics, banners and promotional materials.
• Work with the marketing, content and e-commerce teams to deliver creative assets on schedule.
• Prepare business presentations, partnership proposals and other branded materials.
• Design retail and event materials, including display stands, signage, posters, brochures, packaging and promotional merchandise.
• Develop POSM that balances brand presentation, product visibility, functionality and production cost.
• Prepare production-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, specifications and finishes.
• Coordinate with retail, event and production partners to ensure designs are executed correctly.
• Identify and communicate with suppliers in China for POSM, packaging, displays and promotional merchandise.
• Compare quotations, materials, production capabilities, minimum order quantities and lead times.
• Coordinate samples, review quality and recommend suppliers within approved budgets.
• Follow up on production schedules and work with the relevant team on delivery arrangements.
• Ensure finished materials meet approved artwork, quality standards and specifications.
• Manage design priorities and deadlines across multiple projects.
• Maintain an organised library of artwork, brand assets and production files.
• Recommend improvements to design workflows, materials and production methods.
