Lead to help lead its next stage of growth.

We're looking for someone who can:
Turn strategy and business objectives into strong creative direction
Develop and challenge campaign concepts and visual ideas
Review design, content, video and campaign creative
Maintain strong standards across multiple brands
Present and articulate creative thinking clearly
Delegate based on capability, workload and priority
Give creatives clear briefs, direction and deadlines
Review work without becoming the bottleneck
Coach junior and mid-level creatives towards greater independence
Identify capability gaps and help raise the team's overall standard
Your success isn't measured only by your own work, but by how good the work becomes around you.
Help build a creative operation that doesn't depend on firefighting:
You'll improve:
Briefing and creative workflows

Ideally, you have 4–7+ years of relevant creative experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
