Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field, with 3+ years in CPU verification.
• Proficient in SystemVerilog and UVM for pre-silicon verification.
• Strong programming in Python, Perl, and C/C++.
• Solid understanding of CPU architecture and microarchitecture.
• Experience debugging pre-silicon CPU/DFx issues.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement verification plans, test benches, and environments for CPU logic functionality.
• Execute simulation models to validate microarchitecture and analyze power/timing.
• Debug and root-cause issues in pre-silicon environments; apply corrective actions.
• Collaborate with CPU architects, RTL, and physical design teams to optimize verification.
• Maintain and enhance verification methodologies and infrastructure.
• Document test plans and lead technical reviews with design and architecture teams.
• Contribute to development of innovative CPU features.
