Job summary

Ingredion Malaysia is seeking a Senior Costing Executive to support end-to-end costing and inventory in our plant operations. You will handle period-end costing in SAP, prepare recurring and ad hoc costing reports, and collaborate with corporate and auditors.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting/finance, has manufacturing costing experience, English fluency, and SAP proficiency. You will analyse BOM, cost variances, and support stock counts and capital expenditure reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Manufacturing costing experience is required.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Period-end costing in SAP to close the period on schedule.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc costing and inventory reports for corporate and auditors.
• Analyze cost impact and maintain standard costs for new/existing items in SAP.
• Prepare costing analyses for material price changes due to FX fluctuations.
• Monitor BOM and routing and liaise with operations teams.
• Prepare manufacturing reports: variance analysis, expenses vs budget.
• Perform cost/margin analyses by product/model/customer.
• Analyze intercompany/international pricing and savings.
• Support monthly inventory provisions and slow-moving provisions.
